Cleveland Airport Terminal

At Cleveland Airport there’s a single terminal which consists of 4 Concourses: A, B, C and D.

Cleveland Airport Terminal consits of a couple as levels as follows:

- Ground level: Baggage claim.

Services: ATMs, currency exchange, newsstands, taxi services, among other services.

Please note that in this level is where RTA Rail Station is located. To get there, please use either elevators or escalators properly located in the core of the ticket and baggage claim levels.

- First level: Ticketing level.

Services: Information counter, ATMs, valet counter, food, drink and retail concessions.

- Mezzanine level: From these levels access to the concourses is granted.

Services: Travelex currency exchange, lounges, food, drink and retail concessions



As said, Cleveland Airport Terminal consists of four concourses: Concourse A, Concourse B, Concourse C and Concourse D, although only A, B and C serve flights.

Transfer between concourses

Please note that there’s an underground tunnel close to C10 boarding gate, which connects Concourse C with Concourse D.

Concourse A

Gates A1-A14 (gate A13 doesn’t exist).

Concourse A is known as the North Concourse and hosts some international airlines as Frontier, American Eagle or Spirit. American Airlines is planned to be moved to Concourse C.

Services: Food, drink and retail concessions, newsstand, ATMs and shoeshine.

Concourse B

Concourse B is home of boarding gates B1-B11. It hosts some international airlines as Delta and Southwest.

Services: Food, drink and retail concessions, newsstand, ATMs and shoeshine.

Concourse C

Concourse C hosts boarding gates C2-C11, C14, C16-C29.

It is the biggest one at Cleveland Airport and it is also known as the South Terminal.

It hosts some important airlines such as JetBlue, American, Air Canada Express or United.

Services: ATMs, food, drink and retail concessions, shoeshine.

Concourse C is provided with a skylight and a Presidents Club.

It is planned that Concourse C is going to be home for American Airlines.

Concourse D

Concurse D is located slightly apart of the other concourses.

It is currently out of service.

It counts with boarding gates D2-D12, D14, D17, D21, D25 and D28.
